The story of Economics Bureau begins with a student—Ms. Shalini Butta—who once found Economics challenging and confusing. Like many others, she struggled to understand its concepts and always felt disconnected from the subject. But everything changed during her Master’s degree. She discovered that Economics wasn’t difficult—what was missing was the right approach. With this powerful realization, she made it her mission to change the way students perceive and learn Economics. Her goal was simple yet impactful: to make Economics easy, fun, and deeply relatable.
In 1999, driven by this passion, she founded Economics Bureau, not just as a coaching center but as a movement—to redefine the learning experience. As she worked with hundreds of students over the years, she observed similar learning gaps in other subjects. Understanding the growing academic needs of students, she assembled a team of expert and passionate educators who shared her vision: to guide students with clarity, care, and commitment.
Today, Economics Bureau stands strong as an institute where learning is not a burden but a journey of discovery. With thousands of success stories, the Bureau continues to help students rise, make their parents proud, and carve their own paths to excellence—both in India and abroad.
